All services are performed by licensed and insured plumbing technicians in compliance with applicable California state and local codes. Service availability is subject to technician availability and geographic service area.
Appointment requests submitted through our website or by phone are not confirmed until you receive explicit confirmation from a Water Pressure Repair representative. We make every effort to honor scheduled appointment windows, but delays may occur due to emergency calls, traffic, or prior service overruns. We will notify you as promptly as possible of any changes to your scheduled appointment.
Water Pressure Repair provides upfront written estimates prior to beginning any work. Prices may vary based on the scope of work, materials required, and conditions discovered during the service call. Additional costs that arise during the course of work will be communicated to and approved by the customer before proceeding.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, checks, and cash. Returned checks are subject to a returned check fee in accordance with California law.
We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a non-emergency appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice or missing an appointment without notice may result in a service call fee. Emergency service calls are subject to separate terms.
Water Pressure Repair stands behind the quality of its workmanship. Labor performed by our technicians is warranted against defects for a period specified at the time of service. Parts and materials are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, pre-existing conditions, third-party modifications, or Acts of God.
Water Pressure Repair shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services or inability to use our services. Our maximum liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for pre-existing property conditions, damage resulting from deferred maintenance, or issues outside the scope of the services performed.
